At Trim Bio Labs, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies to all purchases.


1. All Sales Policy

All products sold by Trim Bio Labs are intended for research purposes only.

Because of this:

  • All sales are generally final
  • Products cannot be returned once shipped
  • We do not accept returns for opened or used items

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong product)

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Trim Bio Labs is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

4. Shipping Errors

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to pick up the package

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Failure to read product descriptions or disclaimers

Because all products are sold strictly for research use only, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or opened/used items. However, we will replace or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

We accept return requests only for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (wrong product shipped)

How to request a return: Email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return shipping: For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Trim Bio Labs covers return shipping. Returns due to a customer-provided incorrect address or failure to pick up are the customer’s responsibility (including reshipping fees).

Resolution: Approved requests are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Exchanges: Not accepted.

Region: We currently ship to and accept returns from the United States only.


8. Research Use Disclaimer

All products sold by Trim Bio Labs are for research use only and are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or therapeutic applications.
