Shipping Policy

At Trim Bio Labs, we are committed to providing a streamlined and reliable shipping experience for our research partners and institutional clients. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few additional days.

2. Delivery Time

Total delivery time is 3–6 business days. This includes 1–2 business days of order processing plus transit time with the carrier. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $11.00 USD per order, calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped primarily via FedEx or UPS.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Trim Bio Labs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before doing so.

7. Restricted Items & Delivery Locations

Please ensure your shipping address is a valid laboratory, institution, or authorized research facility. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Trim Bio Labs is a chemical supplier. Trim Bio Labs is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the same act.

All products sold by Trim Bio Labs are intended for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human consumption. These products are not intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. They are not to be used as a substitute for prescription medications or medical treatment.
